After a busy December and hectic Christmas and New Year, it can be tempting to spend January comfort eating and binge-watching box sets.    Now, I am a big believer in finding time for relaxation and self-care – it’s the ethos behind everything I do at Jenny Betts London Limited, BUT (there’s always a but, isn’t there?!) that doesn’t have to mean slobbing out!
